Baratti and the Etruscan coast
The Etruscan Coast stretching from Bibbona down to Argentario Headland, includes one of the most beautiful sea locations in Tuscany. Starting from Bibbona, only 6 kilometers from our agriturismo, it is a succession of fine sand and wonderful coves, some of them are private, some others are free such as Riserva Naturale Tomboli in San Vincenzo or Rimigliano shore, or in di Baratti gulf, the Buca delle Fate, Spiaggia Lunga, Cala Moresca, Perelli and Torre Mozza. These stretches of coastline are famous for their unspoiled nature and irresistible charm.
Once surpassed Piombino, heading south, we find Carbonifera and Follonica shores, the amazing Cala Violina, till Punta Ala and Castiglione della Pescaia, the last two some of the most popular and loved seaside destinations in Tuscany.
Further down we recommend Collelungo Shores, Cala di Forno and Cala delle Donne in Talamone, or , if you wish, head strait to Argentario and Orbetello natural reserve, with Porto Santo Stefano, Porto Ercole, Feniglia Shore or Cala di Gesso.
If sunbathing for you is not enough, then you can walk along the coast or choose among a wide range of water sports offer: surf, kite-surf, Water skiing, wake board, Sup, diving, sailing and fishing, activities suitable to meet all tastes and age.
